People react to unwanted, uncomfortable or painful sensations, feelings, and situations in many different ways. Centered Recovery Programs sometimes lump this all together into the category of suffering. Nobody is completely free from suffering during their lives, it is part of living in this world and things such as pain and loss are inevitable. It is how we interpret and deal with these things that make the difference, as evidenced by two people experiencing the exact same thing and having completely different reactions.
